"A little over 6 months ago i launched Dré's Kitchen to explore flavours inspired from our Jamaican heritage through a modern lense, fusing flavors from around the globe, reflective of the cultural landscape that raised the UK. I believe food is about giving, and shared experiences between individuals, loved ones and friends, so I decided to create a space that invited people into my "kitchen". I share because food is a commonality that connects every one of us, no matter race of culture."
