BAKES BY AMI: THE BESPOKE BAKERY

"I started Bakes by Ami during the lockdown period in 2020. I'm a 20 year old self-taught baker and dessert lover. As a sufferer of severe nut allergies, I've always baked at home from a young age so I could enjoy sweet treats such as Brownies, Cookies and Cakes in which usually contain nuts or are cross-contaminated.

Since the lockdown period, I began to bake more frequently due to having more free time since not being at University and I have made various cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes & brownies for family and friends. Everyone I know & strangers on social media who have either tried or seen my creations have encouraged me to sell my sweet treats and start an Instagram, and so Bakes by Ami was born!

Everything we create here at Bakes by Ami is homemade, baked from scratch and all recipes have been developed by myself over many years of trials and tribulations until I found the perfect combination of high quality ingredients and methods in which I am eager to share with you all through my postal bakes.

Our online bakery consisting of a range of postal bakes will allow my customers, especially the ones that are not local to us, to be able to get a taste of our high quality and delicious brownies, loaf cakes & sweet treats delivered straight to your door, as we believe that everyone deserves quality baked goods and convenience, especially during this isolation period.

We have big dreams for Bakes by Ami and we cannot wait to provide bespoke baked goods all around the UK!"
