What’s your name and how old are you?

My name is Nadia Keita and I am 18 years old.

Where are you from ? ( Origins, nationality, ethnicity)

I‘m Malian, I also have Nigerien origins, my mom is from Niger. As for my ethnicity I’m Malinke and Songhai.

For how long did you started your channel? And what were your motivations in doing so ?

My channel is almost a year old. My main goal for my channel is to show people the beauty of my country. I got fed up of always hearing stererotypes and assumptions about Africa like « where is Mali? Do people live in forests? Jungles ? ». I also wanted to promote the beauty of Africa. Our lives are not so different from other countries. In fact, we are a rich country, our soil is rich, we have a rich knowledge and a rich heritage. Our cultures and traditions are magnificent. We are beautiful kings and queens, and it’s time people realize it!

What type of content do you post ?

I usually make vlogs on my daily activities. I also love fashion a lot so I do hauls and look books. I plan to start a “ relooking” series soon so stay tuned ! But honestly I do a little bit do everything.

Who exactly is your content for? Do you have a specific audience ?

I want to touch as much generations and people as I can. Because as I said I want to show the beauty of my country, I want children to be proud of their melanin and where they come from, and I want adults to teach the new generations their potential.
